How payment works: Nothing gets charged now — we just place a hold on your card so we can commit an inspector to your slot. You’re only charged once the inspection is done and you have the report.

Cancel more than 3 hours before your appointment and the hold is released in full — nothing taken. If nobody’s there when the inspector arrives, we charge $89 for the trip and release the rest (your bank may take a few days to show the release).

We’ll confirm by text or call. If your exact time isn’t free we’ll offer the closest slot we can — we do our best to work around you. You’ll be taken to Stripe’s secure checkout to authorize a credit card (debit cards may not support the hold).
